May 8, 2008 – B & H Labeling Systems announces the appointment of John Berry as Field Service Engineer. Berry is responsible for providing field service for B & H’s labeling equipment, including the popular Marathon® series of roll-fed labelers and Endura® shrink sleeve labeling systems. From installation and training to preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, Berry is focused on helping customers maximize uptime on their B & H labelers. “At B & H, we’re dedicated to providing responsive and dependable after-sales service and support for our large base of installed labelers. Our customers understand that our sole focus on labeling equipment enables us to provide superior service. Customers know that our field service engineers are experts in roll-fed and shrink sleeve labeling technology,” noted Bill Meeks, Director of Global Field Service. “John is ideally suited to take this important role on our team. With eight years of experience working with B & H labelers at various customer locations, he’s walking through the door with a strong knowledge base.” Berry brings eight years of hands-on experience with B & H labelers to his new role. In his most recent positions of Shift Maintenance Lead and Master Process Technician, Berry was responsible for production output of the B & H labelers as well as maintenance and service. This experience allows him to relate to the needs of customers.
