By using an innovative vacuum filling and stoppering technology and by reducing the intervention of the operator to a strict minimum, the Type 535 machine avoids potential contamination from both human contact and air. Manufactured in the USA, the Type 535 is designed with stainless steel exposed metal surfaces for wash down compatibility and machine guarding that enhances worker safety while providing ample access to the workstations. The machine guarding also supports an optional top-mounted laminar flow and optional RABS unit. An optional vision system is being utilized to verify containers processed.
